Terms of service
Who you are dealing with
HazardSign AI is provided by Alastella Technologies Limited, trading as Alastella (“we”, “us”). When you create an account or pay for HazardSign AI, your agreement is with Alastella Technologies Limited.
The subscription
- Price: ₦500 a month.
- Billing: charged monthly to your card through Paystack, starting on the day you subscribe.
- Renewal: the plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Cancelling: cancel any time from the account menu inside the app (Billing → Cancel subscription). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
If a renewal payment fails, update your card from the same Billing menu to keep signing after your paid month ends.
Your documents and signatures
- You are responsible for the documents you sign with HazardSign AI, and for having the right to sign them.
- Documents are processed on your device and we never receive them, so keep your own copies. We can't recover a document for you.
- The audit certificate records the document's fingerprint and the time we issued the receipt. Whether an electronic signature is accepted for a particular document is up to the people and rules involved; we don't guarantee that every recipient will accept it.
Acceptable use
Don't use HazardSign AI to sign on someone else's behalf without their permission, to forge or alter documents you don't have the right to change, to break the law, or to interfere with the service or other people's accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your account
Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time: see Delete your account. How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
The service
We work to keep HazardSign AI available and correct, but it is provided as it is, and we may change or improve it over time. If we make a change that affects what you pay for, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
