What to include
- The email address on your HazardSign AI account.
- What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The file type (PDF, photo, Word…) and your browser. Please don't send the document itself unless you're happy to share it.
- For a signed document, the receipt ID printed on its audit certificate.
Billing
- Update your card or cancel: open the account menu in the app and choose Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
- Paid but still locked out: use “Restore access” on the subscribe screen. If that doesn't work, email hello@alastella.com with your payment reference.
