Delete your account
You can delete your HazardSign AI account here at any time. This permanently removes:
- your account (name, email and hashed password)
- your sign-in sessions and password reset codes
- your plan and payment records
- your signing receipts
If you have an active plan, it is cancelled first so you aren't charged again. Deleting can't be undone. Your documents were never on our servers; signed copies you saved stay on your devices.
Once a signing receipt is deleted, we can no longer confirm that receipt ID if someone asks us about a document you signed. Payment records held by Paystack are covered by Paystack's own policy. More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
